Pumpkin Carving

We had fun carving the pumpkin into a "scary gorilla", a skull. (Gavin as a baby called skulls scary gorillas) Gavin picked one of the hardest outlines, so I did most of it.
A work of art.
Outside, bored of carving the pumpkin. I was stuck inside doing all the work.
Scooping all the 'guts' out.
Not quite sure what is going on.
This was after church on Sunday and Parker crashed on the kitchen floor, I think he needed a nap! He always has to have something satin to sleep with, sweet baby.

Pumpkin Patch

We went to Bates Nut Farm, like usual! It is always a blast. We went on pony rides, pet animals in the petting zoo, picked out a pumpkin, enjoyed a wheelbarrow ride from Daddy and ate yummy salt water taffy! Now we just need to carve the pumpkin! :)
The family. Poor Parker had to be the girl! No wonder he is looking down.
Uncle Ryan came with us...so fun!
They never both look at the camera at the same time...so here is the best one.
Hooray for wheelbarrows!
With Mommy, too many other things to look at.
Gavin was so gentle and loving.

Parker just pointed and laughed. If you put his hand on the animal he would pull it right away. He had fun pointing and following them around while also imitating them. Pretty cute.
Pony ride. Gavin was a little scared the first lap or too, he needed to hold my hand, but then he gained some courage!
Parker could not figure out what the big deal was...he just sat and enjoyed the ride!
