Gavin's Washington Adventure

Gavin went up to Washington state to visit his Great Grandparents (Kyle's Grandparents). They just came home from their mission in Africa. He had a great time. Thanks to everyone for making his trip so memorable. Thanks Auntie Joyce for taking so many great pictures.

GG Lynn and GG Harry. Happy Birthday GG!
Ride 'em cowboy! Kyle's grandparent's neighbor brought their horse over for Gavin to ride. He looks like such a big boy!

I miss my Baby G!

Kyle's mom took Gavin up to Washington state this morning (Friday) for the weekend (till Monday). It is Kyle's grandma's birthday, and she, and her husband were on a mission in Africa for 2 years, so they have never really got to meet Gavin...still I am a mess. They picked him up this morning at 4:15 and flew out at 6am. I cried when he drove away and pretty much cried myself to sleep. Kyle is gone for training until tonight, so two of my three men are gone. I am going to miss him much more then I thought I would! I forget how much he makes me crack up during the day! Parker is fun too, but he does not talk, so I am stuck talking, pretty much, to myself. I hope you all have fun with my baby, I sure will miss him. Please, please take care of him and bring him back home to his Mommy safe and sound!

The Little Gym

We have been taking Gavin to The Little Gym for the past month. We go every Tuesday night. He loves it! He is our little monkey. He is happiest running, jumping swinging and singing songs...everything we do at The Little Gym. It is his favorite place. All week he asks if he can go. So here are a few pictures and videos from last night.

This kid can swing! Miss Christina is so impressed. He can also bring his toes to the bar and do a basket hang. My little muscle man.
He used the "cheese" to walk his feet up to try to do a pull-over.
With Daddy on the balance beam.
Bubbles! Gavin loves bubbles.
Singing...
A back handspring over the "hot dog". Nice form Gav!
Running around for the warm-up! (out of order)
The parachute, so cool! He always runs to go under the parachute...goodness!
Under the chute.
Monkey Jumps! (it will help him do a cartwheel someday)

The Latest....

We had a picnic outside. It was so fun, the boys loved it. We all started out on the blanket, then off they went with their food in hand. Whatever!
Parker loved laying outside in the shade. He must have laid there for 30 minutes as happy as can be!
A little tree climbing too.
Parker took his FIRST BIG boy bath today. We included Gavin too, what was I thinking? No, just kidding, Parker only went down twice! He was fine. :)
Time for BIG boy toys!
A video of the boys and their first bath together. Sorry if it gets a little R rated, I tried to not film the family jewels, but kids are unpredictable!

Our SILLY Life!

My boys, I love saying that, crack me up! Everyday I get to be with them is amazing. Whenever I hear Gavin say, "Mommy" it truly makes me stop and pause, and think to myself...really?.....I am a mom, and more importantly, HIS Mom. What an honor! The other day, out of no where, he ran up to me and hugged me super tight and said, "I love you Mommy." And then ran away and continued to play. I don't know how I deserved that special moment, but it will forever be with me. And Parker is just an angel baby. He is so sweet and loving. He flashes that gorgeous smile at me and I just can not help but be happy! I can not believe my life. I am the luckiest women in the world! I have 2 beautiful, healthy boys and a husband who seriously can not keep his hands off me! How did I get so lucky? Sorry to bore you, but lately I have just felt to blessed in my life for all my blessing, both BIG and small! Here is the latest!

My big man. Already sitting up and drummin'
Oh, here comes BIG brother Gavin. He has to show Parker how to play it, and then take it from him! Oh. boys!
"Mom, please help me. Get this kid away from my drum!"
We got the boys Halloween costumes in the mail. And can you guess.....Gavin is going to be Batman, and Parker is going to be Robin. Gavin is wearing Robin's (Parker's) mask!
My sweet, little bi-polar child! He is so hot and cold. Whenever he pushes Parker he immediately runs over to him and kisses him. I don't know what to do with him half the time, but here is him being his 'sweet' self. He took his baby, who he named Keri doll, into the bath with him. I know Cabbage Patch Kids are not for the bath, but whatever it dried. He took this doll to the gym with him and even tried to feed it dinner. He talked to the baby like I talk to Parker, it was sooooooo sweet.
Here is the bath video with Keri doll and Gav. Sorry if you get a peek of his you know what!
