Uncle Greg helping Parker line up the ramp to push the bowling ball down.

Cooper

MARCH 3: Spit up on Mommy. Yuck!
FEBRUARY 25: Checking him self out in the mirror.
FEBRUARY 25: Tummy Time!
FERUARY 20: Sometimes I wonder what it was like to not be tired. I go to bed tired, and still wake up tired. I guess that's part of being a Mommy. :(

Build-A-Bear

FEBRUARY 18:
Build-a-bear with Jonah and Isaac! We sure love them. Such a fun time.

Little Scientists

FEBRUARY 16:

Moving

FEBRUARY 16: I think it is hitting me.... :'( Boxes are getting packed, bags of stuff to give away and the thought of getting on a plane in 16 days to Colorado is scaring me. I have never lived anywhere else and I have never been more then a 10 minutes drive to my family. It is going to be scary, but I will just call it an "adventure". This move might be a little harder then I thought.

Happy Valentine's Day to me!

FEBRUARY 14:

My Valentine. He came in my room early with a box of chocolate and a card. Love him! I hope I am always his one and only!Happy Valentine's Day to me! Cooper on one side and Parker on the other. Yes, I fit right in the middle. :) They both came to my bed around 3am. One day they will no longer want to snuggle so I am going to enjoy it, even if my sleep suffers.

Dream BIG Gavin!

FEBRUARY 13: My silly Gavin (5 yrs) said to me in the car today:

G-"mom, why don't wishes ever come true?"
M-"What do you mean?"
G-"Well, everytime I throw money in the water and make a wish it never comes true. I think people that need money want us to throw money in and they use it."
M-"What are your wishes?"
G-"I wished to have a pet baby lion who is half lion and half robot, and I wished to be a ninja."
I hope he always dreams big! ;)

Cooper found his thumb!

FEBRUARY 10: What a great day! Since then he has been a different baby. The first 3 months are just hard, you and your baby are getting to know each other, and figuring out what each cry means...so when he found his thumb I was so happy. He now can self sooth. :) Gavin sucked his ring and pinky fingers and Parker was a thumb sucker too. Life is good and he now goes to sleep with out a peep!

Cooper's 2 Month Check-up

FEBRUARY 8: 2 month check-up: Weight 13.5 lbs. 60%, Length 24.5 inches 90%. He had 3 shots and barely a peep, I couldn't believe it. So tough!

Colorado Visit

FEBRUARY 1-4: Me, Kyle and Cooper had a great time in Colorado. We were lucky enough to be there for one of the largest February snow storms in history. We loved it!
We made our "snow kids". Gavin, Parker and Cooper
Had a snowball fight. As you can see, I worked Kyle!

Thanks Uncle Bud for letting Kyle borrow your boots and gloves. And thanks Grandma Joyce for letting me borrow your jacket and scarf, and Aunt Barb for the boots. So you can say we are not snow ready, yet.
Kyle got to shovel the driveway.

At the end of the few days that we were there, Cooper and I had to say good bye to Kyle. It was so hard to say good bye and good luck, as I went back to San Diego for the next 6 weeks to pack up the house and get everything ready to move. Kyle started the fire academy 2 days later.

Bath Time!

JANUARY 25: I sure love my boys! Gavin and Parker got so excited to have Cooper in the big boy bath with them.

2 things Cooper loves (well besides his Mama, of course) bath time and being naked!

Cooper's First Airplane Ride

Cooper and I went to Oakland to visit Auntie Alie and Uncle Eddie, courtesy of Eddie (thanks for the birthday present). He did amazing on the plane, slept the whole way! It was such a fun trip. We went to sushi on Saturday night, Sunday played, went to the cute town and had friends over for "dogs". Monday had a sister day and then flew home. Short and sweet. I always love visiting my sis and staying at her beautiful home.

BOOMERS!

BEST Birthday Ever!

January 18, 2011: My birthday started off like any other day, at the gym teaching a class. :) Then we did the usual daily duties then decided to celebrate my last birthday in my 20's. Before I get too carried away I need to tell you about the best birthday gift of all.....drum roll, please.....Kyle got a call from Thornton, CO fire department offering him the job as a fire fighter and telling him to report to work February 6. What?! After 3 years of struggling, literally scraping by, waiting for this to one day happen is now happening. Amazing! We feel so blessed to have this opportunity (1,500 applicants and 8 hired) and can not wait to begin our life as a firefighter family. Kyle has worked so incredibly hard for this and I am so proud of him.
At dinner, our little family of 5. (Cooper 7 weeks)
My boys! Cooper looks obese.
Daddy and the big boys. :)
